Dr. Heiter kidnaps Lindsay and Jenny, along with a Japanese tourist named Koji (Akihiro Kitamura), and performs a surgical procedure to connect them mouth-to-anus, creating a human centipede. The three victims are forced to endure this grotesque and inhumane condition, with Dr. Heiter intending to create a centipede of 10 people.
