The movie revolves around the life of Tarzan (played by Venkatesh), a poor but skilled mechanic who lives in a small town. He builds a car from scraps, which turns out to be a high-performance vehicle. The car catches the attention of a popular TV reporter, Priya (played by Pooja Bhabhi), who is on a mission to find the most innovative car in the country. As Tarzan and Priya spend more time together, they fall in love. However, their happiness is short-lived as a notorious gang leader, Andha (played by Raghavendra Rao), tries to steal the car and use it for his own evil purposes.
