The film revolves around the story of Shivani (played by Shanti Dopehi), a rich and influential woman who is unhappy with her marriage to a wealthy businessman, Raja (played by Tinu Anwar). Shivani's life takes a dramatic turn when she meets Raj Malhotra (played by Shahrukh Khan), a charming and romantic young man who is a tenant in her building.
