The story revolves around Shivaji (Hrithik Roshan), a kind-hearted and innocent man who gets wrongly accused of a crime he didn't commit. He is on the run from the police and a dreaded gangster, ACP Surabhi (Asha Negi). In a twist, Shivaji meets Rocky (also Hrithik Roshan), a quirky and eccentric cop who is hell-bent on taking down the same gangster that Shivaji is being accused of.
