The movie plot revolves around Tobey Marshall, a street racing driver who is framed for a crime he didn't commit. After being released from prison, Tobey sets out to clear his name and take down Deckard Shaw, who destroyed his racing team. Along the way, Tobey teams up with his friend, Leo, and his girlfriend, Clarissa, to take down Deckard and his crew.
