The movie revolves around Lou Clark (played by Emilia Clarke), a quirky and cheerful small-town girl who works at a local café. Her life takes a dramatic turn when she becomes a caregiver for Will Traynor (played by Sam Claflin), a wealthy young man who has been paralyzed from the neck down in a motorcycle accident.
