Upon their arrival, the group discovers that they are not alone on Earth. They encounter the Grounders, various tribes of people who survived the nuclear disaster and have been living on Earth for generations. The 100 quickly realize that their presence threatens the Grounder way of life, leading to conflicts and power struggles.
