The season begins with Michael and Lincoln trying to clear their names and uncover the truth behind the conspiracy that led to Lincoln's wrongful conviction. Along the way, they are joined by other characters from the first season, including Sara Tancredi (Sarah Wayne Callies) and Fernando Sucre (Amaury Nolasco).
