This report summarizes the recent contract negotiations between our company, CS, and Rin RU. The goal of these discussions was to establish a mutually beneficial agreement outlining the terms of our collaboration. Unfortunately, despite extensive talks, we were unable to reach a consensus on the key issues. This report provides a detailed overview of the negotiation process, the points of contention, and the reasons behind our inability to agree on terms.
